Johnna Ann Wilson, 27, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 3:47 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.
She was born July 25, 1988 in Granite City, a daughter of Johnny E. and Sherrie A. (Koelker) Baker.
She married Anthony C. Wilson on June 27, 2014 in St. Louis and he survives.
She was a member of the Bush Pilot Ladies and cherished her children. Johnna will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.
In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she is survived by her two sons, Dylan C. Wilson and Hunter J. Wilson; a sister and brother-in-law, Sara Kate and Steven Gibson of Newport News, Virginia; a brother, Zachary A. Baker of Granite City; grandparents, Ralph and Terri Koelker of Granite City; great grandmother, Rita Pellazari of Granite City; aunts and uncles, Bob and Kay Porter, Kathrine and Eddie Gerber, Sara and Chris Delatte and Cassie and Mike Redden; nephews, Declan, Zack and Jacob; other extended family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Leonard Baker and Iona Pellazari; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patricia and Forrest Wilson and a sister-in-law, Bonnie Peck.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 with Jeff "Diesel" Turner, B.S.M.C. officiating.
Burial will be at Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville.
Memorials may be made to BJC Siteman Cancer Center and may be accepted at the funeral home.
